SUP Regatta

The SUP regatta blends stand‑up paddle surfing with classic racing and is among today’s most popular summer water sports. Competitors use inflatable or hard SUP boards to race for speed, balance and precision while tackling changing open‑water conditions.

With a free choice of board type, the regatta suits both “pros” and casual paddlers, offering:

Distance option 3,000 m
Distance option 6,000 m

This discipline demands technical board handling, endurance and adaptability to natural challenges—highlighting both fitness and strategy.

Paddlers will glide along the medieval walls of Poreč’s old town, promoting a healthy lifestyle and a bond with nature—all with the aim of enjoying the freedom of the Adriatic’s blue waters.

Course
Choose between 3,000 m and 6,000 m.
Entry Fee
Early registration fee: €25 for adults, until 30 June.
Early registration fee: €20 for participants under 16, until 30 June.
Late registration fee: €30 for adults, from 1 July.
Late registration fee: €25 for participants under 16, from 1 July.

The registration fee includes:
  • Medal
  • Fruit, sugar and water during and after the race
  • Warm meal
  • Fully secured swimming route along the entire course
  • Speedboat transport from the finish points at 1500 m and 3000 m
  • Timekeeping - chip timing
  • Blood pressure measurement and medical assistance
Upon registration, participants receive a start number, timing chip and lunch coupon. After finishing the swim, the result will be visible online immediately.
